By placing an order with us you are agreeing to be bound by Toko Pinasarap Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to make changes to our website without prior notice.



The display product price is in Euro including (VAT), excluding sending cost.



  1. Orders will be send after we have received the full payment including the sending cost.
  2. The normal delivery period for an address within The Netherlands is 1-3 business days. The delivery time for addresses outside the Netherlands depends on the location, but will always within 30 days.
  3. If the stated time of delivery is exceeded the purchaser will be informed. In that case the customer may terminate the agreement. If the customer payment has been made, it will be returned within 7 working days.
  4. All products will be deliverd via postNL. The standard delivery cost is €7,00 euro included VAT with a maximum of 20 kg. 100x70x58cm (LXBXH).                                                            
  5. Delivery charges may vary for packages more than 20kg. 
  6. Free delivery for orders 40 euros and above within Drachten area. 
  7. Pick-up appointment is possible.
  8. For the islands in the Netherlands and countries outside the Netherlands, delivery charges may also vary . Please message us for more info.



  1. Customer have the option to pay via IDEAL.
  2. Money bank transfer, customers can transfer the total purchased amount including sending cost to this

  1. As soon as the payment has been received, orders will be send  the next business day. 
  2. Orders that not yet been paid will not be processed and send. It wil be remove from the system within 10 working days.


Frozen Goods and Bottle Products TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. It is not advisable to send frozen goods by post due to risk of spoilage. If this happens, refunds wont be issued. We also cannot guarantee a delivery timeframe and there may be courier delays which is beyond our control.
  2.  Products that made of glass or packed in glass, we will handle it with extreme care. However, it is possible that glass may break during delivery.
  3. If delivery of frozen goods and bottle products is requested, it is for customers own risk. Please be inform that we do not send frozen goods outside the Netherlands and also to the nearbij islands.


Return & Refund Policy

  1. If the customer wish to return the product/item(s) , must inform us first via email or can directly  contact us.
  1. Return articles will only be accepted when are not damaged or used, must be in saleable condition and in  original packaging. you may return the items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  1. As soon as we have received the product, the purchase price will be refunded on your bank account. We will  give you the amount paid back, within 7 days working days. All return delivery costs will be paid by the customer.
  1. We accept no liability for returns during the dispatch by theft or lost. Return shipments are for the account and risk of the customer.


 Cancellation/Withdrawal of orders

  1. If customers wish to cancel an order that has been processed, must call us directly.
  2. If customers wish to cancel an order that has already been sent, then the return order shipping cost will be the expenses of the purchaser.


 Complaints and Settlement

  1. Any complaints about the quality of the product(s), our service and other aspects of our business can be reported through our email.
  2. Customers will received a response from us within 7 days about your complaints.
  3. In case of strikes of transport services and suppliers, technical failures and weather situations. Toko Pinasarap cannot be held responsible/liable in such situations.
  4. An appropriate solution will be obtain together with the customer(s).



  1. Toko Pinasarap sells goods and products that are often produced outside theNetherlands and do not have control over the production process and has nothing to do with some changes and deviations in ingredients.
  2. The products we sells in webshop are well-known brands, but we has no connections with these companies in any way.
  3. All products sold in our webshop have been purchased by us via a supplier. All products have undergone so many quality checks to ensure that all products reaching the entrepreneur are only of good quality.
  4. If there maybe similarities with other webshops about the products sold by us it is not entirely coincidental, it is possible that we have the same supplier.
  5. This webshop is not unique at all, so all products that consumers can find here can also be found elsewhere.
