Frozen Goods and Bottle Products TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. It is not advisable to send frozen goods by post due to risk of spoilage. If this happens, refunds wont be issued. We also cannot guarantee a delivery timeframe and there may be courier delays which is beyond our control.
  2. Products made of glass or package in glass, we will handle it with extreme caution. However, it is possible that glass may break during shipment.
  3. If postage of frozen goods and bottle products is requested, it is for customers own risk. Please be inform that we do not send frozen goods outside the Netherlands and also to the nearbij islands.
